The service we can provide for foreign wheelchair tourists is a pickup service between Incheon Airport and Seoul, which operates from 9 AM to 6 PM (Korea Standard Time).
However, the 2024 service is about to end, and the schedule for 2025 has not yet been confirmed, so we cannot guarantee availability at this time. (Typically, the service resumes around April or May each year.)

For transportation within Seoul, you may use Seoul's Accessible Call Taxi Service or public transportation (subway is recommended).
Please note that the Seoul Accessible Call Taxi Service may require a long wait time, so we do not recommend it as your primary transportation option. (This service is exclusively available for wheelchair users, and no specific disability certification is required.)
